Founded in 1997, the Chancellor's Leadership Class (CLC) is the premier merit-based, undergraduate leadership development program at UCCS. CLC strives to cultivate our scholars’ understanding of their unique leadership identity through self-reflection, professional development, campus engagement, and 5,000+ hours of collective community service annually. Each of our 40 CLC scholars receives a $4,000 scholarship every year in the program, funding that has significantly impacted the futures of 200+ alumni and counting.
