Gifts to HEROES Military Scholarship contribute to...
The HEROES Scholarship was established to support active-duty members of the U.S. military enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs at UCCS. This scholarship helps broaden access to higher education by bridging the gap between military tuition assistance (TA) benefits and total attendance costs.
Although TA benefits are available to help active-duty military reach their educational goals, that financial boost is often not enough to cover full tuition. Out-of-pocket costs can be a barrier for students wishing to attend college while fulfilling military and family obligations.
There is collective power in giving, and together we can help launch a pathway to success for UCCS military students!
* Total cost of attendance expenses outside of tuition could include university fees and course materials through the Textbook Access and Affordability Program (TAAP).
