Your gift to the Sally Roetzel Lanagan Professional Development Program will provide vital professional development training to scholars.

This past year, the Karen Possehl Wayfinder Endowment (KPWE) scholarship program, expanded from annually awarding 25-28 scholars to awarding and serving 37 scholars. Each scholar, through the Sally Roetzel Lanagan Professional Development fund, is able to participate in various programs and workshops throughout the year, with the most intensive workshop occurring in January. Next year, thanks to the Sally Roetzel Lanagan fund, KPWE scholars will have the opportunity to participate in a day-long, workshop with an esteemed community partner in the professional development world. Workshops such as this one provide scholars with the opportunity for personal and professional growth, helping contribute to the astonishing 95.11% graduation rate among undergraduate KPWE scholars. Your donation will help ensure we are able to continue to provide top-tier workshops and programming for all of the scholars in the expanded program and empower them to transition smoothly into the workforce.
