During my sophomore year at UCCS, I joined the Theatreworks Advisory Board as their Student Representative. Four years later, I've graduated with my BA in Theatre and continue to serve, now as the Board Secretary. My time with the Board at UCCS provided me with invaluable experiences that set me apart when applying for my role at the El Pomar Foundation. Being so young and already having over four years of board experience is a significant advantage, and I am grateful for the mentorship from the various board chairs and members.
